Overview Home

Wake Up ... Student Worship Experience: In Sunday School, our youth are taught systematically through the Bible with their peers. We also include singing and creative activities that capture their attention and motivate them to mature in their walk with God.

Midweek Student Group Meetings: This is a high-energy, fun, and uplifting gathering of students on Wednesday nights that helps teens connect with God and others. Each week, we gather as group for games, worship and relevant Bible lessons and then break into small discussion groups led by caring adults. Over time, our youth love the safe environment where sharing and relationships blossom.

Awana (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed): This is a Christian club for teens providing a solid foundation for faith. Games, Bible memory work and lesson times are a part of each week. Awana is a great place to meet other Christian friends. Middle school students participate in our Trek club, meeting Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:15pm. High school students enjoy the Journey 24/7 club, meeting Mondays from 6:30 to 8:45pm.

Small Groups: Outside of our structured program, small groups of youth of similar grade and gender meet weekly throughout our community to build relationships with one another. Led by adults, groups focus on learning to walk with Jesus by themselves.

Activities: We aim to be an active group by also doing various activities for fellowship and for service, reaching out to our community. Whether it be a mission trip to Mexico, a service project at a nursing home, a ski day on the lake, or a trip to an amusement park, our calendar is marked with healthy events that are good for teens. He was then hired by a 1200+ member PCUSA church in California, where for the past three years he has been the Director of Senior High Ministries. To quote Jay,"I believe I was called to walk with students as they navigate this difficult path and as they learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus." He is a visionary, mentor, developer and connector.
Niki has her masters degree in Speech Therapy and was also a graduate from Biola University.
Both Jay and Niki bring combined gifts, skills purpose and passion suited to the needs of our Junior and Senior High students and completing the pastoral staff team God has uniquely put together.
