Without too much difficulty, we can recall these familiar phrases, "Turn the other cheek," "Walk the second mile," and "Love your enemies." We know that following Jesus' instruction is good and right, but why is it so hard to do? Why does Jesus asks us to live the Christian life in a way that sometimes seems impossible or at the least unnatural? Today's message will help us get a clearer understanding of why Jesus would ask us to honor His teaching.
