Adult Sunday School Classes
Each Sunday, we offer several classes during the worship services for whatever stage of life you find yourself. Classes are organized around specific topics or a book of the Bible.
Current Adult Sunday School Classes
Mainstream: For adults over 55,
Class time is 10:10 to 11:00am.
Sojourners: For adults in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

Current Bible Studies
Men’s Morning Bible Study: Meeting in room 140 at 7:00am-8:00am with breakfast following in building D

Top Gun: is a nine-month Bible Study and accountability experience for men. Modules include Intimacy with God, Applying God's Word, Family, Work, Church. and Evangelism. Top Gun Meets every Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 in room C5
Women of the Word: Is currently studying the Beth Moore series "Jesus, One and Only" on Tuesday Evening from 6:40 to 8:15 and Thursday morning from 9:00 to 11:30. Also on Thursday morning there is a study on the Pentateuch.
Care Groups
Are you looking to build relationships? Then our care groups are the perfect place to start. Join a group of ten to fifteen people, meeting weekly from September through May, all committed to spiritual growth and genuinely concerned for one another. Experience has taught us that this is the best way to make Canyon Lake feel like home, where deep, caring relationships are formed and challenged.

Mothers of Pre-schoolers (MOPS)
Young mothers often need a break and a time to share with others experiencing the same challenges. We provide childcare and monthly programs purposed to help you be the best mother you can be as you care for your children.
MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers) is for moms with children from mewborn through kindergarten. MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational and are filled with unique needs.
MOPS at Canyon Lake Community Church offers a caring environment where moms get a chance to have a hot breakfast together, listen to awesome speakers, do fun crafts and meet other moms in the same life phase as yourself. You get all this and childcare is provided.
We meet the first and third Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. September thru May. Dues are $45 every trimester or $15 per month. So come for the fun and stay for the friendships.

Senior Adult Ministry (Mainstream)
At Canyon Lake Community Church, we believe that seniors are very important people. They are a part of our church family and are deeply loved. The seniors at our church are living testimonies to God’s great faithfulness to His people across the generations. If you are a senior adult, we have something for you. We have ministries for seniors, to seniors and with seniors.
Current Mainstream Events
Sun City Gardens Ministry: Every Sunday afternoon-1:00-2:00 p.m. One hour service of singing, devotion, testimonies held every Sunday in the Assisted Living Building.
Game Night: Meets in room D145 on the first Friday each month, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For more information contact Ted & Jean Lehman or Erva Rice
Luncheons: Held the third Wednesday of each month from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in building C. We always have a guest speaker or special entertainment. Please come and join us for food, fellowship and fun.

RoVeRs: This group plans RV excursions several times a year. Sign-ups are available on Sunday mornings on The Patio prior to each trip.
Activities/ Trips: Leaders plan an outing once a month, usually in the morning, followed by lunch out. Call Jack and Norma Smith (672-9709) for more information. (Back)
